Exhaust treatment

Treatment for the exhaust system: exhaust and U-bend.

Legal treatment. Only for new components. It does not change the weight of the part, and dimensions vary by only a few microns. Permanent effect for the whole service life of the part.

What is included

• Treatment of the exhaust (expansion chamber) with the U-bend. For the 60cc also the end cap, and for the OK exhaust also the silencer.

A coating inside the exhaust keeps the gases hotter and the temperature even along the whole exhaust duct, combined with a surface finish designed to help the speed of the resonance waves and a special treatment to amplify and stabilise the resonance effect across the whole torque range of the engine.

After the treatment the exhaust changes colour: on the outside it tends towards purple, like an exhaust that has already been used. This is normal, and it is the sign that the treatment has been carried out. On the Rotax exhaust, however, the colour does not change.

Universal for all categories: Mini, OK, KZ and the others.

How it works

2. Ship the exhaust and U-bend to: Race Tech Italy, Via delle Fornaci Etrusche 5, 47039 Savignano sul Rubicone (FC), Italy. Put the order number inside the box.
3. They come back treated with GLS 24H courier.
