Legal treatment. Only for new components. It does not change the weight of the part, and dimensions vary by only a few microns on the piston crown and on the combustion chamber of the head. Permanent effect for the whole service life of the part.

Ceramic treatment

We apply a proprietary-formula surface ceramic coating to the piston crown and the head dome. The coating reflects heat back into the combustion chamber instead of letting it disperse into the metal. The gases stay hotter, the engine performs better at all revs. Piston and head dome work with less thermal stress.

After the treatment the surfaces are yellow to dark yellow.

Universal for all categories: Mini, OK, KZ and the others.

How it works

3. They come back treated with GLS 24H courier.
